Joseph Shem Tov & Co. and our UAE based partners Loggerhead Partners are going to hold our first joint event since entering into our cooperation agreement.

With the Covid-19 pandemic still affecting our way of doing things, the event will be held as a webinar on March 4, 2021 from 11:00 to 12:00 Israel time.

The webinar will be presented by Yaara Dichter of Israeli legal marketing firm Robus. JST&Co. partner Gil Rosen will be a panelist together with Israeli businessman Shlomi Fogel, chairman of the AMPA Group. Gil will talk about what Emirates and foreigners generally wanting to do business in Israel should be aware of about the Israeli legal landscape, while Shlomi will provide some real life experiences of doing business with the UAE.

Loggerhead Partners will be represented by Managing Partner Marios Kalochoritis, Head of UAE at Loggerhead Nicolas Rochette and Loggerhead Relationship Manager Joelle Niven. They will talk about what makes the UAE an attractive destination for doing business, a practical look at the different company formation options in the UAE and a look at how to become a UAE resident and the tax benefits of this.
