Edout is a lawyer in the firm’s Capital Markets and Commercial Departments.

Edout practices corporate law, securities law and contract law. Edout’s work includes drafting shareholder agreements for public and private companies and she advises on various corporate transactions, public share offerings, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence. Edout provides day-to-day advice to boards of directors and represents clients in front of the Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and various other public authorities.

Furthermore, Edout advises on investments in US real estate, including reviewing contracts with various institutions, drafting agreements, advising developers and contractors, advising on all stages of transactions and representing clients in front of various authorities in Israel and abroad.
