Profile
Meir is a partner in the firm and heads its litigation and disputes resolution department.

Meir specializes in all aspects of commercial litigation in all instances, including administrative petitions.

Meir also practices contract law, corporate and securities laws, in which he is involved in the preparation, advice and handling of complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and infrastructure projects.

Meir has vast experience in preparing, advising and handling tenders and Meir advises local authorities and municipal corporations.

Meir is also a teaching assistant on a number of commercial law courses at the Faculty of Law of Bar Ilan University and he lectures at various other universities and colleges and presents courses on contract law and tender laws.
