On October 18th 2015 amendments to the Regulations for Periodic and Immediate Reports (1970) were published in the records (the “Amendments”).
Within the framework of the Amendments, various provisions of the Regulations for Periodic and Immediate Reports (1970) were amended, including, inter alia, regulations regarding the inclusion of information by way of referral; extension of the deadlines for immediate reports; amendments regarding the right to delay reports about negotiations; reports about holdings of interested parties and senior officers; reporting obligations regarding board resolutions that are subject to shareholder’s approval; reporting obligations regarding changes in senior management; reporting obligations regarding donations.
The majority of the Amendments shall come into effect during January 2016.
