On April 3 2016, amendments to various regulations under Israeli Companies Law, 1999 were published in the Official Gazette. Such amendments introduce a broad array of reliefs from certain corporate governance requirements, including reliefs in the following matters:

• remuneration of external directors;
• appointment of non-Israeli residents as external directors;
• approval of variable salary components on the basis of non-measurable criteria;
• renewal of terms of employment of the Company’s CEO;
• approval of minor amendments to the terms of employment of office holders;
• publication of notice of general meetings on the Company’s website, as replacement to such publication in the print media
