Hila is an attorney in the corporate and international department of the firm. Hila has extensive experience in international commercial law. Hila provides ongoing legal advice and representation to commercial companies, start-ups and pharmaceutical companies in respect of all legal aspects related to their activities.
Hila is experienced in drafting a wide range of agreements, including founders agreements, investment agreements, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, license agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements, clinical trials, research and more. Hila also represents purchasers and sellers in various transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, from the due diligence phase until the closing of the deal.
