Joseph has extensive experience and knowledge in a wide range of areas related to business law, including the fields of corporate law, securities law and capital markets. Among others, Joseph prepares and reviews prospectuses for public sales, mergers and acquisitions, tax matters, property and real estate development, representation in the courts, liquidations, administrations and debt restructuring and much more. Through his work in these varied fields, Joseph has garnered a great deal of knowledge in accounting and economics.
