Sagi Shemesh, Adv. was a senior lawyer at a one of Israel’s leading law firms for a number of years, advising on commercial matters, hi-tech, intellectual property and capital markets.
Sagi is a graduate with honours for a law degree and a business studies degree at the University of Oxford, England. He was also previously a journalist of the “Mishpat” legal journal.
Sagi Shemesh has represented numerous companies and business owners in a variety of complex transactions in negotiations with the largest companies in the Israeli economy, insurance companies and banking corporations. In addition, Sagi has advised on dozens of equity and debt issuances totaling amounts of over NIS 9.6 billion and Sagi has advised on IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange worth a total of more than NIS1.75 billion.
